Make-Do Publishing To Bring Controversial Chinese Authors to U.S. and Canada Through New Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Continental Sales Inc.

Make-Do Publishing is excited to announce that from September 1 2012, its titles will be available in U.S. and Canadian stores through a new distribution partnership with US-based book distributors Continental Sales Inc. Continental Sales Inc. is a book sales and marketing organization well positioned to deliver effective access to the U.S. trade book market. Headquartered in Chicago the company has book professionals located throughout the country and through its partner network also serves the Canadian market.
Make-Do Publishing is a publisher of high quality fiction from Asia in addition to the Ancient World imprint of travel books and general non-fiction Their star authors include ‘enfant terrible’ Murong Xuecun, the author of Leave Me Alone: A Novel of Chengdu. The first Make-Do titles to be scheduled for publication in the US market in 2012 include fiction by cult Chinese author Anni Baobei and dissident Chen Xiwo, as well as the acclaimed memoir An Eastern Saga by Marvin Farkas, and Ancient China: Villages, the product of a unique two-year collaboration with China Rail.
